#333300;\">los lineamientos y con las formalidades de la ley 1116 de 2006, me permito<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333300;\">informar que, dando cumplimiento a la cl\u00e1usula octava de la f\u00f3rmula de<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333300;\">pago, se efectuara el inicio de la cancelaci\u00f3n de los pasivos de acreedores<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333300;\">de primera clase <strong>\u201claborales\u201d<\/strong> a los trabajadores que quedaron con sus<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333300;\">acreencias dentro del Acuerdo de Reorganizaci\u00f3n Empresarial ley 1116 de<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333300;\">2006, entrado en vigencia el 17 de enero de 2022 aprobado por la<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333300;\">Superintendencia de Sociedades.<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.2; text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><br \/><span style=\"color: #333300;\">A continuaci\u00f3n, se relacionan todas las personas que a\u00fan no han realizado<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333300;\">actualizaci\u00f3n de datos, quien se encuentre en este listado solicitamos <\/span><span style=\"color: #333300;\">actualizar la informaci\u00f3n personal y financiera del titular de la acreencia, en <\/span><span style=\"color: #333300;\">el siguiente LINK, si tiene alguna inquietud comunicarse por
